My PhD research focuses on Edgar Allan Poe’s Gothic writing style, particularly his manifestations of the themes of horror and terror in the late eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century Gothic and stylistic contexts.
My overall research interests centre on the writings of Edgar Allan Poe, Gothic fiction published in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, and stylistics.
