In 2017, the University of Stirling marked 50 years since its founding. The Queen gave formal approval to the proposals for the Charter and Statutes on 13 November 1967 which came into effect the following month on 27 December.
To celebrate our past, present and future, there were many events throughout 2017. With public lectures, exhibitions, family fun days and reunions.
