Play an integral role

This is an exciting time to join the University as we’ve just begun the process of developing our new Strategic Plan and associated People Strategy. HR&OD will play an integral role in developing and delivering core aspects of the People Strategy to enable us to achieve our strategic objectives. This will include a particular focus on staff experience to ensure we can attract, develop and retain the very best talent to deliver our ambitious plans.

Senior HR Business Partner (£44,414 - £52,841)

Working in partnership with leadership teams across your portfolio to offer HR expertise on how to develop and implement the right people and organisational solutions to support the delivery of business plans and strategy.
