Executive Director of HR and Organisation Development
Originally trained as a journalist, Martin later graduated in psychology from the University of St Andrews, and spent three years at Edinburgh University carrying out postgraduate research prior to commencing his career in Human Resource Management.
He now has over 20 years’ operational and strategic HR experience in the motor industry (Ford), electronics and semiconductor industries (Oki, ICL, Hyundai and Mitel), and in the HE sector (University of the South Pacific and Heriot Watt University). His international experience includes the UK, Sweden, France, Canada, Singapore, Fiji, New Zealand and Australia.
The Director of HR and Organisation Development is responsible for the operation, management and strategic HR Services.
