New members of staff can get their card from HR Services and Organisation Development after they commence employment.

Once you have discovered your network account you will receive an email directing you to the secure portal page where you can upload your photo. Once your photo has been checked and approved, you will receive an email confirming that your card is being produced and detailing how and when you can collect your card. Alternatively, you can come to room 4B1, Cottrell Building, Stirling Campus to have your photo taken and your card issued.
