Your care provider will need to be approved and registered with Sodexo to accept childcare vouchers as payment. If not already registered they can do this at the carers’ pages of the site. When your carer has registered with us you can add them to your account, using their Carer ID number and postcode as a reference.
You should email the pay and pensions team in the first instance. You will then be sent an invitation email from Sodexo Vouchers asking you to create your own individual account.
Once you have added your children and your carer, your account setup is complete. Your employer will approve your request for vouchers and you will see the vouchers credited to your account around the time of your usual payday. You will then be able to use your online account to make payments directly to your carer.
