North West Evening(Painting)
Born in Perthshire in 1924, Oscar Goodall joined the RAF immediately after school and was a rear gunner in a Lancaster.
After demobilisation, he studied at Dundee school of art and undertook postgraduate study at Hospitalfield.
He was involved in art education and has taught in prisons, lectured with the Scottish Arts Council and he also founded the Dollar Summer School, one of the first art summer schools in Britain.
There are two works by this artist in the Art Collection. Born in Perthshire, Oscar Goodall studied at the Dundee College of Art and Hospitality and has exhibited widely.
