The aim of these events is to provide tailored information about the university to help support advisers in their work with prospective students. This will include information on the kind of services and support we can provide both on campus and in schools and colleges, sessions on reading admissions, applying to university and subject specific information.
We would like to invite all school staff to our conference on Thursday 26th August 2016.
We will be running sessions throughout the day to help you advise your students on applying to university in general, and what the University of Stirling can offer them. A range of topics will be covered on the day including admissions, writing personal statements, writing tutor references, and routes into Higher Education (e.g. articulation, Twogether programmes). Information on the kind of services and support we can provide both on campus and in schools will also be provided.
The programme is still being finalised, and we will, of course, send you updated details once you register. We will also update this webpage with information as we have it.
