Bookings

Workshops can be booked in person at the Sports Centre reception or by calling 01786 466900. Limited spaces are available in each class. Participants must be aged 16 or over. Bookings part-way through a block will be charged pro-rata.

Drop-in entry is available at £4.50 per class, subject to availability.

Pilates

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong core.

Yoga

Improves posture and flexibility, working specifically on breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is suitable for all and aims to release tension and increase energy levels.

Yogalates

A fusion of Yoga and Pilates – a fitness routine that combines Pilates exercise with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga.
