Jogging and walking

We provide popular walking and jogging groups for complete beginners to more experienced runners. Our groups will provide friendly support and encouragement. It’s also a great way to explore and enjoy our scenic campus.

Couch to 5k

This coach led walking/jogging group will take you from the couch to a 5km in a time that suits you. We support all participants on an individual basis to meet your goals.

Cost:- Free to members £4.50 for Non-member

10k Plus

Whether you want to run progressively longer distances over time, or train for a particular racing event, taking part in our 10km plus running group will enable you to develop gradually through four training phases: endurance, strength, speed and tapering training.
