Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)

Students on the MSc TESOL Programmes have access to a range of induction opportunities. The induction session for Autumn 2017 will be held on the 11th of September at 11:45am in Cottrell Building room C2B84. A map of the building can be found here. Key members of staff provide an overview of the programme and help students prepare for their period of study. Staff from our Information Services will guide students through the systems that will support them in their studies, such as library resources and online platforms for teaching and assessment.

Students on the MSc TESOL (online) Programme have access to a range of induction opportunities. Induction sessions are provided via Succeed at the beginning of the autumn semester in the form of short video tutorials. Key members of staff provide an overview of the programme and help students prepare for their period of study. A friendly and supportive online learning and teaching environment has been created which enables students to meet, chat and support one another where ever they are in the world.  Staff from our Information Services provide guidance through the systems that will support students in their studies, such as library resources and online platforms for teaching and assessment.
