This Report Form has been prepared by the University of Stirling Teacher Education Partnership (USTEP) of the School of Education, consisting of staff from schools, local authorities and the University. The school report is given equal weight to the University's judgements on performance.

It is recommended that:

Returning the completed report forms

The School Report Form should be submitted by the school regent (or nominee) and the Self Evaluation should be submitted by the student on the final day of the School Experience.

Secondary SE2 Student Self-Evaluation Autumn 2012

This Report Form has been prepared by the University of Stirling Teacher Education Partnership (USTEP) of the School of Education, consisting of staff from schools, local authorities and the University. The school report is given equal weight to the University's judgements on performance.

It is recommended that:

  • towards the end of the final week, the school regent (or nominee) should complete the SE2 School Report Form and should arrange to discuss this with the student. The student should then complete this self-evaluation form.
