Do you feel a fraud? That luck has got you where you are rather than talent or hard work? Worried that your lecturer, your supervisor, your boss will find you out? This is impostor syndrome – and lots of us have these feelings. Don’t believe it? Come and listen to our four successful speakers sharing their imposter experience.
Our panellists are:
Professor Steve Burt - Professor of Retail Marketing, Stirling Management School
Ms Hollie Cameron - Vice President for Education, University of Stirling Students' Union
Mr Graeme Duff - Graduate Policy & Planning Officer, Student, Academic and Corporate Services
Ms Kathy McCabe - Director of Information Services and University Librarian
Ms Julie Ellen (Artistic Director, Macrobert Arts Centre) will facilitate a follow up discussion allowing participants to share their own experiences and, most importantly, their top tips to overcome that inner impostor.
