Mr Bernardo Nunes

PhD Economics (Currently enrolled)

Why I wanted to do a PhD

Getting a doctorate was always an ambition for me as a personal goal and as a way to improve the ability to better understand and solve curious economic questions.

My experience of doing a PhD in the Behavioural Science Centre

The Behavioural Science Centre is a forum of discussion and interaction with “hands-on” experienced researchers that helps the PhD student with appropriate benchmarks for developing skills. It is very pleasant to see the other members presenting their research and publishing new evidence in Behavioural Science.

How doing a PhD in Economics is helping my career

The policy related topics, which have the attention not only of the industry but also of governments, are researched and discussed in deep. Moreover, the funding conditions, seminars, workshops, and access to proper supervision create a stimulating environment for achieving my academic and professional goals.
