Consultation

Student views are at the heart of the design process to ensure that the new accommodation reflects their needs.

The first stage of consultation with students took place in spring 2011, providing the opportunity to identify the design features that they would like to see in the new accommodation.

A second Student Roadshow was held in November 2011 and responses to students’ comments can be seen in here

Public consultation meetings were held on 5 October and 8 November 2011 for students, staff and the local community. The project team met with Bridge of Allan and Causewayhead community councils in the Autumn of 2011.

The views of students, the Students’ Union and the experiences of other universities will inform the final design of the residences.
