KEY DATES

For 2013 the Stirling Law School is delighted to offer two new and innovative taught Masters degree programmes, the LLM in International Energy Law and Policy and the LLM in Corporate Social Responsibility.

Corporate Social Responsibility

The LLM in Corporate Social Responsibility will provide you with a unique and in-depth perspective on how multinational corporations are regulated and governed through law and management. This new programme is distinctive in that the multi-disciplinary learning approach adopted will provide you with fascinating perspectives from law, management, history and philosophy and open up interesting and rewarding specialist career possibilities for graduates. The programme is open to you if you have a legal background and also to those from other disciplines with an interest in business regulation.

International Energy Law and Policy

The LLM in International Energy Law and Policy is an exciting new addition to the university’s approach to research in energy, the environment and climate change. As energy and climate change are inter-disciplinary topics you will have the opportunity to study across disciplines with core courses in law supplemented by options from history, politics, management and environmental sciences to provide a greater breadth to your existing skill set. The programme welcomes applications from legal graduates and those from other areas who would like to develop an energy law specialism.
