Cycling Club Safety and Accessibility Project

Thanks to support from the Stirling Fund, the Cycling Club has been able to make the Club more accessible to students at the University. By purchasing a tandem hybrid bike, cyclists who lack confidence or those who may be visually impaired now have the opportunity to ride with a more experience member of the committee. This allows students to build up their confidence on quiet country roads around Stirling.

The project was also awarded funding to support the Club’s Stirling-wide safety campaign which is due to launch in October 2015.

For any more information on the campaign you can contact the new president Jack Selby.
