Q. What are your postage rates?
A. The University of Stirling offers UK postage rates only at this time. Our costs range from £1.00 for the lapel badge up to £6.00 for the umbrella. The standard rate for most items is £2.50.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. You may return most items sold by the University of Stirling within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

A. We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from the University of Stirling. For returns of merchandise directly purchased from and fulfilled by the University of Stirling, certain conditions apply. We do not accept returns of:
Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for non qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

Q. Can I purchase gifts if I work at the University?
A. These gifts are available to alumni, students, staff and visitors. All departments are able to purchase items and orders can be sent via internal mail, by email or by visiting the Cottrell Reception in person.
