Martin McCrindle

Director of HR & Organisation Development

Originally trained as a journalist, Martin later graduated in psychology from the University of St Andrews, and spent three years at Edinburgh University carrying out postgraduate research prior to commencing his career in Human Resource Management.

He now has over 20 years’ operational and strategic HR experience in the motor industry (Ford), electronics and semiconductor industries (Oki, ICL, Hyundai & Mitel), and in the HE sector (University of the South Pacific and Heriot Watt University). His international experience includes the UK, Sweden, France, Canada, Singapore, Fiji, New Zealand and Australia.

Responsibilities
