Simon Anderson is the Director of the Scottish Centre for Social Research (ScotCen) which conducts specifically Scottish studies and elements of the National Centre for Social Research’s (NatCen) UK-wide work.
Simon previously worked in the private sector, in the social research team at the research agency, NFO System Three. He has also worked as a research manager in the Scottish Office and as an academic researcher. Simon has particular interest in issues around crime and justice, but has worked across a range of policy areas, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
